immer gives entertainers and hosts more control over their event. They can set their down ticket prices, keep more of the revenue, and have more control over the production of their events.

After reviewing the competitors' processes, we definitely need to consider adding features such as linking the organizer’s social media, ensuring the confidentiality of their information, and collecting data for the W-9 form to our own process.
On top of that, most competitors lack customization options and charge high fees for using their products. Our potential lies in offering more freedom for customization and lower service fees. Additionally, since the process involves several steps and requires a lot of information, we need to provide a simple visual for each step and include FAQs to address areas where users might be confused.

UI Design
I primarily utilized the UI elements created and provided by the company. Additionally, I designed new UI elements in alignment with the company's style guide and UI design principles while working on the UX of this product. These included selection options, drop-down menus, progress bars, and other components, such as typography.

User Experience Review: "The application process is straightforward, but I found that the navigation could be more intuitive. It would be helpful to have clearer instructions at each step, especially when it comes to uploading event types and summary page. A progress bar to track the application status would also be a great addition.
Feature feedback: I really appreciate the easy access to the application process directly from the user's profile. It's convenient not having to go through additional steps, and the seamless connection to the profile I've already created makes the process feel more streamlined and user-friendly. It's a thoughtful design that saves time and effort!
While the application form is easy to fill out, I was curious about whether there’s a fee to become an organizer. Thankfully, I was able to find the FAQ button within the process, which helped me get the answer quickly. I also really liked the summary page, as it allowed me to review and confirm all the information I input before submitting. It made me feel more confident that everything was accurate!
CEO: According to the CEO, he was satisfied with the result and appreciated our team's dedication to the project. He particularly liked how we not only followed the product goals but also expanded on them, such as the idea of linking the app to social media. This is a great way to engage users across different platforms and provides an additional marketing strategy to help them promote their events. I’m really glad we could think beyond the core objectives and add more value!
Reflection
The project our team was assigned was challenging and had a tight timeline which was 2 weeks. It was an interesting experience to work with co-designers at the same level. Despite the limitations in time and resources, we divided tasks and each played a vital role by researching different processes. I was fortunate to be part of such a team and was able to learn from each other. Even though we collaborated from opposite sides of the country, we set up meetings with the team and CEO, and managed to get things done. I also learned how to work effectively remotely by managing my time and scheduling tasks.
From a product perspective, I assisted other team members by suggesting ideas. I took a careful approach with the team, scheduling, leading meetings and presenting the ideas to the CEO since there was no designated leader. I dedicated my time to helping others with their struggles and worked together to solve problems. Even though we divided the project into smaller tasks, our team didn't just complete them individually. We made sure to maintain consistency by adjusting our ideas and designs as a group.
Since the UX designs were already completed and connected to our project, I proactively reached out to the designers and sought their advice. They were happy to share their designs and provide guidance on how to integrate them. This collaboration ultimately resulted in a successful product.
If I have more time...
If I had more time, I would expand on the project idea by focusing on the 'Contact Us' process. This is part of reviewing the application, and I believe users might want to update or provide additional information to the company directly after submission. Additionally, there could be more steps in the process to deliver the results of the application. I would love to work on these aspects to ensure that users receive the good news smoothly and efficiently.
